Be careful if you go in here for traffic court. They are crooked as can be. I was found guilty off of he said she said and I had evidence that proved my innocence. If you don't go in with a good lawyer you will loose your case. The only witness was the guy that hit me and he lied and I had prove he was lying and I still was found guilty. The cop didn't witness it, but went by his word. No justice in Hart county. I cried bc I thought they would find me it not guilty with all my prove and facts. I was so wrong! I'm emotionally invested in this and will appeal and have my meeting with a great lawyer next week to get it started. They do not care if your innocent and they knew I was but still wanted to find me guilty to pay them money.
