THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS GUY IS NOT WHAT HE ADVERTISED HIMSELF TO BE IN MY OPINION A CUSTODY CASE WHERE YOU DO NO PI WORK NEVER STEP BEFORE A JUDGE AND HAVE ONLY ONE DEPOSITION IS BOUT A $2,500 CASE AT BEST......I REALLY HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED BY THIS LAWYER
I would not hire Mr. Moore again in the future, and I would advise others to look elsewhere as well.
This guy handled a custody case recently for some family members...he demanded $5,000 up front did very little work settled with opseing counsel never stepping foot inside a court room...very poor quality service was never available when we called or went to his office and always took several days to a couple of weeks to get back to us..
Mr. Moore seems to be a competent lawyer when he actually gets around to doing something, but it's like pulling teeth to get him going. He may go for months without giving you updates. One time after I called him and left a message, it took him two weeks to get back with me. He will rarely get back with you right away. No matter how much money he asks from you, you get the impression that you're last on his list, and that he has a million more important things to do than worry about your case. All he seems to care about is money—and he vastly overcharges to boot.
