Nice clean store. Always in stock of mostly everything. Every time I enter the store I am always greeted. Sometimes more than twice. Their prices and payment plans are very affordable. I have been a customer with Farmers for almost 4 years. I do recommend this place for any house hold needs.
So my beds and couch was to be delivered at 4 PM 3 calls different stories each time all saying on the way it is now 9:16 and we have no bed or couch
Absolutely nothing and was lied too. Didn't get the right merchandise delivered. The manager is a dishonest person that says one thing but does another. The Hartwell ga store is where I shopped. Did not honey warranty and was jersey around through the whole experience . Please trust me when I say stay away and go a different route.
I didn't like being lied to or cheated. The manager lied from day one.first sent a floor model bed and matress set from a different store.frame was damaged so bad that delivery guy had a wood marker to cover the damaged areas matress was dirty and falling apart.called the store and the manager Chris said he sent a floor model because ours hadn't came in yet. 3 weeks later they called ready to deliver and it wasn't the right matress we bought a 399.00 matress and they sent one that we found in their ad for 199.00. The frame advertised at 799.00. But when all was said and done (3pgone calls 2 returns 3 trips to the store) we were charged 2100.00 for the bed. Made all the payments on time and before we paid a lump sum to finish it we informed them that the bed not even a year old had develop a bad sag. We were told that since we didn't buy a warranty sorry. We had been told originally that the matress had a 15 yr.warranty warranty. But we paid the bed off early just to be done with Farmers Furniture and 2 months go by then we got a call saying a guy needed to come inspect our matress from the warranty dept. He came to my house and with his cell phone took a couple pictures less than 30 minutes later we get a call from the store she was rude...said since there was a spot on the matress then the warranty was null and void.
